boss: well, john, we would like to hire you!
john (sitting politely): really?
john (with hand in air): yes yes YES! party-dance time!
*john leaps out of his chair and starts dancing very awkwardly*
john (holding back): OW OW! my BACK!
john: what is the company's health care plan like?
boss: very good actually, but i don't think i can hire you anymore
john: what? because i just hurt myself?
boss: no. because that dance was just terrible
