man: i want to return a defective product worker: i'm sorry to hear that. what was the problem? man: well, i put the laptop on my lap and turned it on man: but then it got really hot and burnt my legs. and then it shut down. man (pointing to popped-up toast in a toaster): and then that really weird error message popped up switch one letter in defective and it becomes detective. that's all i wanted to say about that.
