Where did summer go?

Seriously.  Where is it?

I live on a college campus, so I’m starting to see people come back for learning times.  Fall semester starts here in three weeks, so that’s a thing that’s about to happen.  And apparently, there are some K-12 schools that have already started or are starting this week!  Dang!

What did you guys do this summer?  My big event was moving from one apartment to another apartment about a mile away.  Sometimes, you just need a little bit more space, ya know?

I've moved four times in the last four years, and before that, I've moved from another town. I get quite used to moving. Seen the city.

Kinda helps to get rid of things you don't need, too. Except that now I have this comfortable large bed and really good table with lots of shelves growing up from it, both of which will probably travel with me until the next Real Big Move.

DON'T REMIND ME. I DID NOTHING THIS SUMMER.

  3. my first day of school started today, i'm not happy about that fact

  4. Moving sucks. My wife and I need a bigger place too, though. Oh well.

I will technically still be in school in September, but I’m within a couple of months of defending my Master’s thesis, and then I will have freedom!

I live in Australia. I am cold right now.

On the other hand, summer's fast approaching for me! Mwahaha!

Don't ask me why, but I thought you were older Justin – no offence! (that is, assuming you're still studying in college!) And I've helped my friends with two short films, written a bunch of lyrics, finished a script for a top-secret project, started my university project, and learnt 'Friday I'm in Love' and countless other songs on guitar, with still another six weeks to go! Love being jobless…

All I did was read the archives of Left Handed Toons. (My PhD advisors are gonna be pissed.)

Dude this summer went by sooo fast. I didn’t do much but it just flew by. We are moving to a [bigger] house just a few blocks away from us and trying to get in before I start school on the 22nd. [yeahhh it’s not going to happen]
Other than that, I think the best part was spending time with family that lives close to me but that I never get to hang out with cause school takes over my life. >.>

Judging by your last post titles, Justin, I would say Summer ran off with Drew!!

They must be having quite a good time together in Maine!

Well, on the whole "moving" situation, I find this comic to be very appropriate :D http://www.leadpaintcomics.com/2011/07/25/moving-

This summer my wife and I ALSO tried moving to a bigger apartment about two blocks away. I walk to work most times since I dont drive, and it would have been a full ten minutes closer! :O

Other than that, this summer I…worked. A lot. And besides that AWESOME WEEKEND IN VEGAS and the whole…getting married thing, mostly I drew all friggin summer. And I’ll probably draw all friggin fall. And all of friggin winter. :D
