It got incredibly cold today and totally out of nowhere! I’m fine with it just being cold, but it was very windy today too. Had to take my big winter jacket out from an early retirement. Winter was pretty weak this year though, so I guess we had it coming.

I live in Winnipeg. It's nicknamed Winterpeg. It wouldn't be so bad if there were some mountains nearby so that I could go snowboarding. It can get pretty boring here.
I live in Canada, and it was recently about -50 C in some parts of the country.
It was -47 to -53 (Celcius!) in the Northwest Territories recently, too cold to operate aircraft! It always seems like the warmer days like today, -38 when I woke up this morning, have a colder "feels like", -54 when I walked to work.

I'm in Maine, and it's chilly. Most of the time, but especially the past few days. The snow has been out of control, too… We're supposed to get up to a foot tomorrow. All this shoveling is really getting old.
we were roadtripping and as we were returning home to Canada we got hit with sleet whilst in Kentucky, then we had to race the storm to get home, where there was a seperate storm brewing. its still going. winter sucks sometimes.
I'm from Western Kentucky… we don't get much snow, just every other kind of winter weather (sleet, freezing rain, hail, tornado-induced winds… you name it). This whole week it's been rainy, windy and miserable.

I'm from New Jersey and we had apocalypse weather for the past couple weeks. It was like 65 for two days then it dropped to 30 it rained snowed and iced went back up to the high 50's and then we had this crazy ice/snow storm during which there was thunder and lightning. We got hit hard last night with ice and now its raining again. I think mother nature is pms-ing….
That's totally how it's been in Kentucky too!… it snowed yesterday, and today it was warm enough to be outside with just a sweater.

In "the glove", we got 4 in. of snow last night in 2 hours, dumping onto the 15 I already had in my hometown. Suck, suck, suck, suck.

It hasn't been unbelievably cold except for a couple days here in Wisconsin, but it has been the snowiest winter on record already, and we're supposed to be getting 6 to 13 inches again on Sunday.

i live in texas (the city part not the country!) and the lowest it got here was like 34, and the highest was like 87. Summer really sucks, its like 90 to 112 everyday. I wish i still lived in New York… sigh
